in this offering, we will explore how our breath can serve as a nourishing salve, helping us to soften, to soothe, and to come home to ourselves. as the natural world begins to bud and bloom, this end-of-winter gathering is an opportunity to tend to our inner world and create more space for clarity and connection as we lean into spring.

what to expect. in this two and a half hour offering, we will gather in community to breathe together within the gorgeous space of madre linen hq. there will be opportunities for connection to self, each other, and food. the practice of guided breathwork will span 1 hour, and will include an informed explanation of the practice, a group immersion into the active breathing method, and space for grounding & rest. after, there will be dedicated time for connection and reflection in community. integration will include gathering around the table to enjoy nourishing, seasonal culinary delights by plants & pleasure.

please email info@thisiswoowoo.com upon sign-up with any dietary restrictions. menu is common allergen-free (i.e. free of meat, dairy, and gluten).
